Of course! We guarantee your satisfaction with all items you order from our online shop. Should you have any complaints, we will refund your purchase price immediately upon receipt of the goods. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account. Unfortunately, an exchange for a different size or color is not possible; in this case, please simply place a new order.

After dropping off your return at a parcel shop, it will take approximately two to seven business days for the package to reach our warehouse in Germany. Once it reaches the warehouse, processing can take up to 48 hours. During peak times, processing may take longer than 48 hours.

If you don't like the items you ordered from our online shop, they don't fit, or aren't to your liking for any other reason, you have the option of returning your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please note that this only applies to unopened, complete, and unused items.
Regardless of this, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the return shipment in a timely manner.
